Paulo Peerebom, graduated in Business Management from the University of Rotterdam, has twenty years of experience in the same area, having worked in several countries and international positions. His career has spanned the retail area at Jerónimo Martins Group and Mars in Portugal. in South Africa, was Director of Pick’n Pay where he was a member of the executive committee for four years. He worked at the Ahold Royal Group as responsible for business development and acquisitions, at Rimi was General Manager and at ICA was Commercial Director.
Eduardo Finelli, has a degree in Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas of São Paulo (FGV-SP), is a professional with over 10 years of experience in Marketing (brand management, communication, product development and loyalty) and Commercial (management categories and negotiation with suppliers), has extensive experience in the Brazilian retail GPA and in the French retail Grupo Casino as Branding Manager. Since 2010, Eduardo has been Director of Private Label at GPA.
Justin Honaman leads the worldwide consumer products – Food & Beverage organization for Amazon Web Services. His team’s focus within Consumer Products is on delivering supply chain, ecommerce, data/analytics and digital engament business solutions for CPG customers globally. Justin has spent the majority of his career in Consumer Goods and Retail both on the customer side (Coca-Cola, Georgia Pacific) as well as the technology/consulting side (Accenture, Teradata). Justin lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ana Alves is economist with over 20 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, half spent in the industry and the remaining in the large-scale distribution sector. Ana Alves has performed several roles in the commercial and marketing areas. Working at Sonae since 2008, assumed the position of Sonae MC´s Private Label Commercial Director.
Ramiro Ortiz é desde 2019, Managing Director da Tetra Pak Iberia. Ocupou, também, desde 2016 o cargo de Global Key Account Director da conta global da Coca-Cola, tendo entrado na Tetra Pak em 1999. Antes de ocupar o seu cargo atual, desempenhou vários cargos de direcção no Grupo, entre os quais se destaca o seu percurso na liderança do departamento de vendas e gestão de contas chave no Brasil e na Suécia. Ramiro Ortiz nasceu no Brasil há 44 anos e licenciou-se em Engenharia Alimentar na Universidade de Campinas (Unicamp) em São Paulo, em 1998. Desde então, faz parte do grupo Tetra Pak.
Alvaro, born in Barcelona in the sixties, he studied Information Sciences at the UAB, although professionally his career has developed in the world of retail. With extensive experience in managing and advising the national and international retail industry, as well as different sectors. Since 2009 he is the Manager of Anceco – the National Association of Central Purchase and Services from Spain.
Carla Esteves is executive director at Purchasing Center UniMark and Retail Chain “Aqui é Fresco” (Network of 709 independent proximity stores, supermarkets and convenience stores in Portugal) and member of the ADIPA’s Board (Association of Distributors of Food Products).
Ana Amaral, with extensive experience in purchasing from different brands of international retailing, has been working since 2017 in the procurement and sourcing areas on Continente outlet.

He has been General Director of Master Cadena, Marketing Director of LG, Thomson and Electrolux and General Director of the Circuito Urbano de Valencia, where the Formula 1 prize was celebrated. He has extensive experience in the sector of the electronics industry, distribution and marketing, in the performance of managerial functions. He has participated in the launch of the LG brand in Spain, in the consolidation of Master Cadena as a distribution group, in the march of the F1 Europe Grand Prix in Valencia and in pan-European groups in the electronics and distribution industry. He is external professor at Instituto de Empresa, Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, ESIC, Universidad Científica del Sur (Lima-Perú) and Universidad Tecnológica del Peru (Arequipa-Perú).
